Worst Customer Experience

I have never ever in my life seen an unprofessional company like this company, the customer care consultants can never get hold of the drivers, they do not even have a way of tracking where the drivers are at, we were suppose to get our parcel between 2-4 it is currently 16:53, been on hold since 16:20 with no luck,

I really wish the companies can stop using this company,

Their service is pathetic
