WORST COURIERS EVER!!!
Empty promises on delivery, still haven't received my parcel. Claiming they were at my house 2days in a row and saying no-one was home, absolute lies as myself and my 18yr old son was home and my dogs would've barked if someone was at the gate!!! Most terrible company to deal with! I won't ever do business with them again!

I have attempted to contact you via your contact number to apologise for the delay in delivery of your goods.
Our Fleet & Risk department are busy investigating further in respect to the " absolute lies about no one being home " by checking on the drivers vehicle tracking. This to confirm if he did in fact attempt delivery to your address. Should they find that he did not go to your address corrective action will be taken and discussed with the driver, as we do take this type of behaviour very seriously.
