Worst courier with lazy drivers

I have received an sms at 10:08 on the 7th of December 2018 stating that I will receive my delivery through F+F within 24 hours. I waited the whole weekend and home, cancelled all my plans for the weekend for them. Guess what, no one came up until now. Those orders are for people who are closing at work today and going away for the festive season. I have lost business because of them. Now I will have to try to sell orders to other people if not return them back and that affects my sales in a negative way. The worst part they do not even have the decency to call to let you know that they are no longer coming so that i can go ahead with my plans. Why did you change drivers?
