WORST COURIER SERVICE IN THE COUNTRY

They have to of my packages at their office in bloem on the same day. One gets delivered the same day and the second one gets delivered a few days later only. No communication from them. But lets take a look at Fast And Furious Couriers. When you google them the website title show up in google search just as FF with no additional data. Then you enter the website and you can see that it is a broken website. The contact us form does not work. The images overlap. They say that they do 15 000 deliveries a day but 600000 delivers a month. 15 000 x 30 = 450000. You obviously dont need math to work for this company. After you leave the horrible green website you email them with your complaint and you never hear back from them. Then you come to hello peter and you see that they have an average rating of 1.49 and from the 122 reviews only 19 got answered.. Obviously a company that does not believe in keeping up with the times. that is obvious in the lack of a facebook page. Maybe they had one and got so many complaints that they deactivated it. So to sum it up no customer service. No technological presence what so ever. Does not answer phones or emails. Website is broken and ill designed. A green theme on the website that reminds me of vomit and a service that left and after taste in my mouth.
