Worst courier service ever.

Worst courier service I have ever had, and I deal with a lot of courier companies on a daily basis. Snatcher should stop using this company for their service is not up to standard like Snatcher likes to deliver. 2days and nothing are happening to call and calling the JHB branch telling me the parcel is out with the driver for two days now, I try to call the CPT branch after getting their number from the JHb branch calling with no answer, one call got answered was asked to hold while they track my order then my call got put down after 10min. this is the worse service ever.

Can Fast and the Furious please for once call back a client to inform them what the HELL is going on? Customer service is key, if you just called to say that there is a delay there will not be a problem but nothing not even doing the effort to answer my calls.
