Worst Courier Service

These people have been sitting with my order since the 24th of June. they take 45min to answer their phones when they answer i always speak to the same person Bonolo, i get told the same thing next week it will be delivered. On Monday i suggested that i collect my parcel, then they say they need to find it first. This is disgusting service and the worst couriers i have ever experienced. my previous order that came from them cam in a broken box all smashed and half open!!!
