WORST COURIER EVER

My orders have been with the courier in Cape Town since 29 March 2018 and still haven't received it. When I called courier company "Fast and furious" WEDNESDAY (5 APRIL 2018), they told me they were going to deliver THURSDAY (6 APRIL 2018), still waiting. When I call again today they now telling me they haven't received all the stock I ordered. I have spent more that R200 of airtime calling them and I'm being transferred everytime only for them to hang up the phone.

IF MY ORDER ISN'T DELIVERED IN TWO DAYS TIME. YOU KEEP THE PRODUCTS AND I EXPECT FULL REFUND.

Dear Tshepo,

Thank you for your patience, I am informed that Durann has been in contact with you.

A replacement piece was arranged with your supplier which is currently in transit to Cape Town for delivery on Monday 16th April.

Durann will continue to follow up on the delivery until such time as you receive it.

Was told delivery will take place on 16 April. Waited the whole day still nothing. Such an INCONVENIENCE. So irritated by this.
