Worst Courier Company

Absolutely the WORST courier company I have EVER dealt with, it has taken them 2 weeks to deliver my parcel, the driver kept putting wrong address, person not home, not answering calls, where the address was 100% no one buzzed for my unit and no one called!! Then I track it now, says delivered and signed by me but I have received nothing, then I look at the waybill and they have the wrong unit number!!!! then you hold for 10-15 minutes when you call. absolutely horrified by the service
