Worse service

I ordered online from cape union mart and my parcel was sent through fast and furious, when I logged in to track my parcel and it said it was delivered but I did not receive anything, I did not even receive a call from the driver for delivery... whats irritating is that you can't even see the time and date of delivery or who signed for the parcel....
