WHERE THE F*CK IS MY ORDER???

I ordered 2 items from Superbalist and the parcel status on the app holds that the order HAS been delivered whereas IT HAS NOT.

It has been out for delivery from the 10th of August and was purchased on the 5th and was supposedly arriving “on the 15th of August before 17h00”.
