What a waste of time and money

What a terrible service experience, Ordered a package through one day only to be delivered by you. The delivery has been with your company since the 12th of December. I contacted you twice on Friday 14th November confirming that the delivery will take place on the day before 3PM. I have tried to contact them again today and no response on their calls! I hope to never be in contact with this useless company ever again!
