VERY VERY DISSAPOINTING SERVICE

I have been waiting for my package since this morning at 8am. I was supposed to go home at 1pm already but I decided to wait for the package, as I kepts checking the status which said that it would be delivered today. When I called just before 5pm the person on the line said that the driver was at my office but that the business had closed. Our office is open 24/7, not to mention the fact that I have been sitting and waiting at the front the whole day. The driver(Wilfred Britz) was most certainly never here. Meaning he just ****. Wow. I would do not have a problem with the package being delivered on Monday, but I had actual plans which I had canceled as I knew the package was coming today. What a complete waste of my time. I am truly very disappointed and will never make use of your courier service. Just wow really. What a total letdown.
