Very ***********. Parcel not delivered

I made an order on the 27th of April and kept receiving delayed messages from the courier Fast and Furious. I am in KZN and three weeks later l call superbalist and the consultant gives the contacts for Fast and Furious and said l should them myself (how rude!). I called Fast and Furious and they kept saying they couldn't find anyone at our address. This was very strange as there is always someone there and l have ordered from superbalist 13 times using the same delivery address. After many calls between superbalist & Fast and Furious, l was told my parcel and another l had ordered were in KURUMAN! I am gutted by the level of incompetency. Its the 21st of May today and still no delivery😡😡😡. They have **** on the App that my parcel has been delivered. This message appeared a few seconds after l called them the first time. Could they be opening our orders and taking valuable items??
