Very disappointed ☹️

I've ordered and paid for a smart watch from Takealot on the 26th January 2024, the delivery date was 7th February 2024 on the App I have been stuck at home all day waiting for my delivery, no communication whatsoever. This so called Fast and Furious Courier is so unprofessional, disgusting incompetence. I can not even track on the App dates are incorrect shows that it was shipped on the 27th January 2024 no further information. Not sure why they even use Fast and Furious Courier because clearly its not delivering. So UNHAPPY about this
