Very bad service and communication

Pathetic service from this company, they should change their name to Slow and Subtle. I ordered an ebucks card from FNB on Tuesday 19 May 2020 and still have not received it. I contacted FNB ebucks division and they gave me the ref. Upon contacting "Fast and Furious Couriers" the lady keeps telling me that somebody will call me and on 3 occasions I was told I will receive emails. I have not received any communication whatsoever. I have now seriously had enough and have given up on receiving my card. Not sure why a world class company like FNB would use such a company to do their work.
