UTTERLY USELESS

Utterly useless! I have been assured delivery since Tuesday and every day there is a new excuse. One was driver too late (too late for what I'm not sure). The other excuse was Not Available. When I called this morning I was told the driver could not find me. There's this magical invention called a cell phone where people can communicate with each other, but clearly Fast & Furious have not yet discovered this as I have NOT ONCE received a call or sms from them.

I honestly do not know why Ebucks use this useless excuse for a courier service.
