Utterly shameful service

An item collected by FnF for delivery a week ago in Cape Town has still not left Cape Town! I have been in contact with their Gauteng branch yesterday, who assured me it would be out for delivery in Gauteng today. I call there today to make sure everything is still on track, only to be told it is actually still in Cape Town! No explanation, just we will find out what is going on! The email address on the website, *** has not been working for some time either! Why is this company still in business?
