Useless service provider

I had the worse experience with this courier company. My parcel should have been delivered on the 4th of February and no one contacted me to inform me that they can't find the place or what evere their reasons were!! On the 5th again promised it will be delivered and guess what still nothing. Takealot sent me an email on the 6th of February and confirmed the parcel will be delivered not later than the 8th of February, when I called Fast and Furious couriers this morning they said it's not scheduled for today!!!!
