useless couriers and agents

yhooo im very unhappy with their treatment...they have empty promise these kinda of people and even their customer support agents.I have been waiting for my order that i was promised that they are gonna deliver and i even indicated to them that they must call on their way of delivery...Guess what!they are not phoning me all,all they do they returning back my order to their warehouse and saying im not picking up my phone whereas they did not phone me not even a missed call...they customer agents they are very rude and hanging up the calls.im still waiting for them even today if they are gonna delivery or phone me that are waiting for me out side
