Useless

They were supposed to deliver an item before 17:00 on the scheduled delivery date. At 19:20 I received a phone call from the courier guy that he would not be able to enter the estate anymore and if I can rather collect it from him. I explained that we are out and even if I was at home I would not collect and that he should make sure to be on time next time. The next day I received another sms confirming again that my delivery would arrive before 17:00 and that I should make sure that someone will be able to receive the package. Again they phone me at 19:50 to ask if they can still deliver although they are late again. We were out again and told them to cancel my order. Not ONE apologized from either them or takealot to date. Useless company and should be boycott as well as takealot, have no sense of customer service.
