I ordered goods with Home Choice and were supposed to be delivered on Wednesday 18 March 2020 on Langermann Street in Kensington in Johannesburg 2101. I waited the whole day for the delivery to arrive but it never did. When I used the waybill number to track it showed that it was delivered but not to me. I called the call centre to establish what had happened but the person on the other end could not even give me the identity of the person who collected the parcel or give me his/her particulars. I am surely going to dispute any funds debited from my account if ever Home Choice does.
