Unreliable Courier

Fast And Furious Couriers are an ATROCIOUS courier company that does not respect their contractors or their clients. They are fast to make their clients Furious! I cannot believe that a mega company like Takealot.com that can associate themselves with such a poor reviewed company like Fast And Furious Couriers. Since Takealot.com started using this courier our (me and all my neighbors in the same area) packages never gets delivered to our doors anymore. The courier simply drops the package in a town they decide, in this case Laingsburg, which is 64km drive from my house(even further for some of the other neighbors). So if I want my package, this means that I have to take at least 3 hours time off from my farm and business to make a 128 km roundtrip with additional diesel expenses (since delivery fees were paid to the courier through the contractor via me the client). I see this as ***** and *******. What is the point in using a courier? I might as well then drive 110km to Oudtshoorn or Mosselbay and do the shopping myself. I will not let this issue rest with Takealot.com and Fast and the Furiuos Couriers untill this courier changes their service or close their doors.
