Unprofessional? Understatement.
Absolute worst experience with this “courier company”.
I placed an order on Black Friday and am STILL waiting for my parcel to arrive.
Meant to be delivered yesterday - apparently I wasn’t home. Called today and was assured the parcel would be delivered by 17h00 today - most unprofessional phone call.
So what now?
