Unprofessional and Poor service

Unprofessional and poor service. I purchased an item more than 7 working days ago which they suppose to deliver within 5 working days. When following up, they constantly lie to me after failing to deliver within 5 days. "The item was suppose to have left yesterday", the following day "It left this morning", The following day again, " There was no one home bla bla" I can really go on and on with their pathetic excuses. I wouldn't therefore recommend them as distributors if I were Edgars, them being chosen is probably based on a cost decision and not on performance, because it is really poor. Up your game Fast & Furious, the customers are getting furious by day
