Unhappy costomer

Since Monday 29 November I've been receiving messages that my delivery is on the way, today Wednesday 1 December it says delivery failed Client unavailable, how because I've been home and I haven't received their call, when I call costomer service it doesn't go through, I'm so disappointed in them.im not going to buy online from the shops that they work with anymore
