Unhappy and disappointed

I am so disgusted with this courier's service every time they have to deliver something to me I have to call and fight with them because they always say they failed to deliver because there was no one of which that is nonsense I always have someone at home just because they could not get hold of me on the phone that does not imply I am not at home. It could be network issues. the next thing I contact was the customer care line they take a long to take your call and always have to wait when they decide to pick the call gets dropped again and you have to start from the bottom of the queue again only to be told that parcel cannot be delivered today. I still don't understand why Snatcher make use of their services for couriers because to me they just lost a customer.
