UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE

I understand that the driver had difficulty contacting me when he arrived at my flat to deliver my order. However, I phoned the customer service department on Thursday, 7th October and spoke to Fikile, where she assured me that delivery would happen the next day. I even gave her an alternative number for the driver to contact me on. Needless to say, my parcel was not delivered and upon calling the customer services department again on Friday, 8th October, I was told that my parcel had not been scheduled for that day, despite Fikile assuring me that it would be delivered. Unacceptable service from a courier that should be avoided!
