Unacceptable service

Worst service. My takealot order was supposed to be delivered on the 10th as stated by the sms from takealot. Took off of work and waited the whole day without my package being delivered. Come next day I phone fast and furious and inquire when will it be delivered. I was told it will be delivered before 5 pm. Again I took off work and nothing happened. Phoned them again and I was told oh no sorry our delivery guy only comes out to that areas on Monday Wednesday and Friday. If he does come out then why the hell has he not delivered the package on Wednesday like he was supposed to. We'll it's firday now let's see what happens because this is highly unacceptable service.
