This is my first time dealing with this company and i must say the experience is atrocious. I have been expecting a parcel for a while now but does not seem to be getting to me and with little to no feedback. On the 24th of december i got a message from fast n furious( not sure how the two companies are related to each other) saying that my order will be delivered by a specifically mentioned driver, a few days later on the 28th i received a whatsapp message from a driver who says he is from DPD laser and has my parcel and it will be delivered the following day. Late on the “following day” i messaged the driver to ask if delivery will still take place on that day , to which i have still not received a response. So today , 31st of December i try calling the driver, the number listed as DPD laser’s number on the internet as well as fast and furious……i did so repeatedly and nobody is answering my calls. So here i am asking in the public eye when this parcel will be delivered because i no longer know how to make contact or ensure i receive a response.
