two stories no answers

<p>Earlier today I called Fast and Furious Couriers to follow up on the delivery of my parcel. I spoke to someone named Jeanette who told me my parcel is up for delivery today and would be delivered to me by end of business TODAY. it is now end of business and I still have not received my parcel. I just called there again and spoke to Thando who firstly told me they do not have a Jeanette working for them and that my parcel was only leaving JHB today and would be delivery by Monday. this is now two different stories from two different people, so I ask to speak to the manager, Moegamat, he then tells me that there is no person like that working there and that my parcel will not be delivered today. </p> <p> </p> <p>He offered no solution and was absolutely useless in resolving my query. No idea why he would even be called a manager if he can offer no solution, he did not even offer to take my details and investigate what the issue is... again USELESS!!!!!</p>
