Tracking Number Cannot Be Located!

On the 21st March, I purchased 2 products on Hyperli. As the products were from different suppliers, the shipment was split. On the 27th March (1 week from order), I received the 1st shipment, which was shipped via Dawn Wing Couriers.

Having received this parcel, I immediately contacted Hyperli to query when the 2nd parcel would be delivered. Nureen (Hyperli) advised me that the parcel is being prepared, and will be shipped via Fast & Furious Couriers. She also provided me with the tracking reference number.

Earlier today (2 weeks from order), I called Fast & Furious Couriers to enquire re my delivery. Having provided the tracking reference number to the agent, I was advised that this tracking number does not exist.

Please can this be looked into, and feedback provided as to whether the issue is with Fast & Furious Couriers or Hyperli? Would appreciate it.
