Too fast to lie... to slow to deliver

According to Takealot, my package was supposed to have arrived last Friday, it's been almost a week now and takealot tells me everyday that you advised them that the parcel will be delivered everyday from the day it was supposed to be delivered. I cannot make arrangements everyday to ensure that someone will be here. This is the second time you people are messing around. The previous delay happened about 2 weeks ago, also with a takealot parcel. I tried calling your offices and the phone just rings continuously. Takealot has always provided exceptional service until you guys intervened. Please do yourselves a favor and change the name of your company to "2 FAST 2 LIE, 2 SLOW TO DELIVER"
