THEY ARE NOT FAST AND I AM FURIOUS

<p>Get things done easily, reliably and quickly: the Fast & Furious ethos! How ironic. I ordered goods from Boardmans on 27 /11. I am told goods were sent to F&F on 30/11. 16 days later no delivery. On Wednesday I was told goods would definitely be delivered Thursday. At 4pm on Thursday I contacted Boardmans and was told that F&F had confirmed they would definitely still deliver that day. Nothing happened. Today they are not working, not sure if they work weekends. 19 days and counting..... My order was a gift for a birthday party on Saturday. F&F are definitely not fast and I am furious. How disappointing.</p>
