THE WORST COURIER COMPANY IN SOUTH AFRICA

This is by FAR the WORST courier company in the whole of South Africa. After placing an order at Superbalist on 08/07/2025, I received confirmation about my order being delivered 17/06/2025. I thought GOOD because I need the items for 22/06/2025 for my son's Holy Communion. Only for 17/06/2025 to arrive and NO DELIVERY was made and NO REASON why delivery was NOT MADE.

It cost me to phone Superbalist Customer Service to find out what the problem is for the delay of delivery, because the courier did not see the need to let me know about the delay. They told me that the courier company was only gonna do the delivery on 24/06/2025. TWO DAYS after I need it.

Mind you, for the whole 3 weeks that I waited for my Order, the delivery date was 17/06/2025. Until I had to do an enquiry about it. Than all of a sudden the delivery date changed to 24/06/2025.

FAST and FURIOUS couriers you guys SUCK at Service Delivery. Out of ALL the courier companies in South Africa, Superbalist had to use the WORST one.
