The most frustrating courier company

I'm so frustrated by the poor service this company offers. Called to confirm my delivery yesterday as well as my address. waited all day and called again late afternoon to be told my delivery was returned to warehouse because i was unreachable. They have 2 numbers to contact us on and neither was called. checked the tracking page and the reason for unsuccessful delivery was "client not available" yet i stayed home the entire day waiting for this delivery. still waiting. was told it would be here within a timeframe that has now lapsed. trying to call the cape town branch now but the number is not available. What an absolute nightmare for a courier company. Completely missing the plot trying to live up to that name.
