The fantastic people who represent Fast and Furious

I have never been more impressed with a company than I have been today. This morning I was called by Fast and Furious about my delivery, stating that it would be delayed. I was angry and I took it out on the lady who called me - Zandile Ngwenya. Despite the fact that I pretty much screamed at her, she was calm and collected. When the warehouse manager, Grant - resolved the issue by delivering my package personally, which was amazing, she called me to make sure I was happy. Thank you Zandile. I am so sorry I screamed at you. You are fabulous! Thank you once again Fast and Furious for hiring such awesome people to go above and beyond for their customers.
