Terrible Service....EVER

Have been waiting for 3 weeks for them to deliver a parcel to me. They keep phoning to ask when they can come, I give them a couple of times that I know I will be home......Low & behold they never come at the times. If I could have given NO STARS I would have. This is not a company that you want to deal with....its a circus. WHY DOES YOU OFFICE CALL ME TO ARRANGE A DELIVERY TIME....AND YOUR DELIVERY GUYS DONT ARRIVE. I refuse to take a day from work....FOR YOU GUYS NEVER TO TURN UP. Its a load of..............
