Terrible service, *************

A courier guy collected my superbalist return in the afternoon after not coming on the 26 August. The guy said he was s scanner was off and he will surely scan when he gets to the depot or whatever. I still haven't received a confirmation of collection sms. I fear my items will reach superbalist 😭
