Terrible Service,, they supposedly FASTNFURIOUS

I've been ****** and went online to order a phone via Edgars,, they using Fast and Furious Couriers. I checked their portal to track my device. It has four entries from this morning stating that there was a "COLLECTION FAILURE". I need the device as possible as I use it for work. I've called Fast and Furious been on hold forever with no satisfaction. I've left a message in their inquiry box and not received a call back. I need the device as in YESTERDAY!!
