Terrible service, late delivery and empty promises.

Detail: I received an email and SMS indicating that my order would arrive on a 26 July before 17:00. I arranged to be home on this day to collect as this is the only way of receiving deliveries at my complex. I got a message a on the 25 July indicating that the courier was there to deliver my order and they were turned away as I was not there to accept it. I contacted the courier and they indicated that it would still be delivered on 26 July before 17:00 (when it was originally supposed to be delivered). On 26 July I contacted the courier and they said it was out for delivery, I waited the whole day and nothing arrived with no further communication. After 17:00, I tried to contact Fast and Furious Couriers but there was no answer.

The following day I spoke to Fast and Furious first thing in the morning and they said they'd have my order delivered before 12:00, it was being packing into the truck, I phoned again after 12:00 as it wasn't delivered and they told me that they were about to pack it into the truck and promised to have it here by 16:00. When I hadn't received anything after 16:00, I phoned them again and they said that there was an issue and the driver would be delivered by 17:00. When I escalated the problem I was having, I spoke to dispatch and they indicated that they couldn't give me a time but it would still be delivered.

After spending over 30 minutes on the phone with the driver directing him to my place, after directions were given to dispatch numerous times before, my delivery finally arrived at 18:30 on 27 July.
