TERRIBLE SERVICE - FAST AND FURIOUS COURIERS

They are absolutely unprofessional - they have been sitting with my parcel since 19 May 2020 and have been promising every time I call that the parcel will be delivered the next day - they even went as far as calling me because they were standing in front of my gate, and NO ONE WAS THERE. Ever since I have been promised to be called back every time I phone as they have to check with their Johannesburg warehouse and that obviously never happens ... now I can't even reach them. ALL I WANT IS MY PARCEL! CAN SOMEONE PLEASE ASSIST AS YOU ARE GIVING THE COMPANIES THAT WE BUY FROM (HOMECHOICE) A VERY BAD NAME AND WE WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN UNLESS THEY USE ANOTHER COURIER COMPANY!!!
