TERRIBLE SERVICE AND THEY KEEP YOUR PACKAGES AT THEIR HOUSES

TERRIBLE SERVICE!! My parcel was suppose to be delivered on a Friday but it wasn’t and the guy never called. I called on Tuesday to check what the issue was because my package had been dispatched 5/6 days ago and I still didn’t have it, and they told me that apparently the driver had the wrong number. I proceeded to give them the correct number and they said it will be deliver at 10am the next day. I called them at 12pm because no package, they said 2pm...called at 4pm again because no package. The driver then called me and said his bike had a problem and sent me a picture that was clearly from 2015...so at this point I had the drivers number and I took matters in my own hands. He told me he’s at his other job and the package was at his house. I then became very stern that I want to package that day. He delivered it at 9pm. But where my details were suppose to be, he had put another sticker so that he could say the address was wrong. I removed the sticker and my details were clearly there with my number on the package...actually, my phone number appeared twice on the package. This guy had my package at his house for 6 days and put and old sticker to hide my details.
