Terrible Service and they don't answer their phones

I do not know who made the delivery error, Takealot or Fast and Furious, but I am really upset about my delivery not arriving then being delayed by hours. I bought the item on Takealot weeks ago. If I had known it would take this long to receive it, I would not have bothered. Now, Fast and Furious are delivering to the wrong address and changing the delivery dates every day. I don't even get notified. I am so sick of shoddy service. Unreal!
