Terrible Service

Terrible service as a courier for Justine/Avon. Takes more than 2 weeks every month to receive orders that usually takes 3 days with other couriers. I have lost customers and sat with unsold products as a result of late deliveries. You cannot get any further info past the call centre agents. Blatant disregard from anyone further up. Cannot understand how a business with the core being customer service is this tardy with people relations. I advise you to not choose Fast and Furious out of choice.
