Terrible service

I had ordered gifts from Boardmans for a friend who was getting married on the 5th November. It is the 13th November and she still hasn't received her delivery. I had e-mailed the couriers who mentioned that the customer was not available during delivery. I provided them with a contact number and no other feedback was received. The tracking tab shows unavailability during delivery on the 26th October. What has been done since then?
