Terrible delivery service

I have been waiting for my delivery that was scheduled for the 2nd of December and still nothing. Every time I call them they tell me the driver will make the delivery. Today is the second day now where they said they couldn’t delivery because they couldn’t reach me which is a complete lie. Please do not ever make use of this courier service to avoid disappointment.
