Terrible service from you guys my parcel has been delivered since last week and your couriers gave it to someone named KGOPOTSO . I have called , send emails but no feedback .

Please find out when will this be sorted out as I am tired of wasting airtime and no one comes back to me on what is going on This order has been PAID IN FULL!!!!!!! Why did your courier gave it to someone named KGOPOTSO , why did this person signed for this if this is not me
