Terrible and *********** service, companies like this should not be allowed to trade!!

Each time my parcel has been out on delivery, they tell me the courier tried to deliver but no one was at home. This is a lie, as we are a company that is open 24/7... Each day i call they tell me the same thing and they promise the parcel will be delivered on that day. I phoned at 16H46, enquiring where my parcel is, the response was the drier is still in the area and they will deliver it shortly... the next day i phone, they say no one was at home and they promise it will be delivered by the end of the day, and so it goes on. I have lost customers and money, as my customers have now cancelled their order with me because i am not producing the goods to them. This is bad for business.
