Tax refund Fastway Couriers

Waybill2G*** refers. My wife Dr S B Jogessar ordered stuff from TEMU who made use of Fastway. We received mail to pay the tax of ZAR210.60, which was paid promptly. However, somehow the parcel never arrived and TEMU replaced it, Waybill 2G***, and again we paid the tax. All we want iss a refund of the first tax payment, but Fastway, Ms Tears Mokoena, wants a receipt, which was not issued in the first place. Should they check the waybills, evidence is there. Please avoid using these companies. Ben Booyens
