Takealot's new couriers

I ordered a parcel from Takealot on the 25th of January and it was scheduled for delivery on the 30st January, however the parcel was not delivered on this date nor on he next day. Usually with Takealot the delivery is prompt and at the time they state, sometimes earlier. This is the first experience of it being undelivered. I blame this on these new couriers. Mr.D has never delivered late. Takealot responded after I queried the late delivery and they stated that my parcel (a book) was either too big or out of the delivery radius (this was never a problem before). If Takealot continues to use 1.5 star delivery services then I may as well switch to Raru and Superbalist.
